On the sheltered southern coast of Cornwall lies Falmouth, a popular, bustling town with a historically strategic deepwater port that sits at the mouth of the River Fal; however, this major Cornish river itself is perhaps less well-known.
Where does she originate, what route does she take?
The rural, almost parochial beginnings, the plentiful wildlife and valuable natural habitats, the industrial past and the contemporary international harbour seem to be contradictory within the same watercourse.
Kurt Jackson has spent the last four years or so wandering up and down the Fal to discover the river’s various moods, states and habitats, paintbrushes in hand, to make this new series of works.

Hi
Can you send me a catalogue of your current exhibition of other works which are on sale/
Hi,
We recently bought the charity body board and are absolutely thrilled with it. We are looking at hanging it but wondering if there’s anything that might need taking into account to preserve it? It’s likely to have pride of place on a half landing which does have a small south facing window albeit the glass is frosted so to avoid direct full sunlight. Also, any top tips on fixings for wall hanging?
Many thanks
Sam & Julie
